Obtaining legal advice, CA audits, ROC verification, and financial assessments is entirely your responsibility. companykharidobecho is not a party to any transaction and will not be held liable for any loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from failure to conduct proper due diligence.

Your personal data is stored solely for platform operations and will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent. Listing details are shared with prospective buyers only after a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed. Your company identity remains confidential until you choose to proceed.

All disputes are governed under Indian law and are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. companykharidobecho does not act as a mediator, arbitrator, or legal representative in any such dispute.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate account suspension. companykharidobecho reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion without prior notice in case of platform misuse or policy violation.

Registration and browsing on the platform is free of charge. A commission fee may be applicable upon successful deal closure, which will be communicated separately in writing. No hidden charges apply without a prior written agreement between the parties.

companykharidobecho reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
